This role will be working with commercial teams, contracts manager, clients, design teams and project directors.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reporting to:</span>  BIM Lead</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Purpose of Role</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist the BIM team in producing BIM content to meet the required standards and are to the clients’ satisfaction, whilst gaining hands-on experience and developing skills in BIM processes.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Role Details</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Department: Operations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Primary Interactions: Commercial Teams, Contracts Manager, Clients, Design Teams, Project Directors</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Location: Based out of our Head Office in Glasnevin</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Role Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Produce detailed 3D BIM models in line with specific project requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure models align with standards and goals set in the BIM Execution Plan and BIM workflows.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate internally and externally with other disciplines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Create BIM modelling content, including setting up additional Revit families and templates.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Develop construction drawings and extract data.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain and administer the Common Data Environment (CDE).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Carry out checks on Revit models.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Liaise with subcontractors and design teams to agree on objectives.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">The Candidate</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Education/Qualifications: Degree in Building Information Modelling, graduating in Summer 2026 (Level 7/8) or a related Engineering/Architecture Undergraduate Degree (Level 7/8) preferable.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience: Internship or work experience in a BIM field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Technical Skills: Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks.. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
