As the Division Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in preparing financial reports, audits, and reconciliations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Collaborate with industry experts and committed teams who value individuality and recognize achievements.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Apply now and transform your career with us.</p>\n<h2>What you will be doing</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversees the preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual financial reports, together with the yearend, audit schedules, cost reports and reconciliations and management reports.</li>\n <li>Assures that subordinate ledgers reconcile with the general ledger in a timely and accurate manner. </li>\n <li>Oversees and directs updating budgets and cost controls including cost allocations to departments or project segments.</li>\n <li>Analyzes and interprets financial data and statements to make recommendations.</li>\n <li>Updates overhead budget and forecasts cash flow.</li>\n <li>Reviews project cash flows for accuracy.</li>\n <li>Consolidates all project forecasts into a complete Division P&L and cash flow forecast.</li>\n <li>Provides documentation supporting the accuracy and integrity of financial statements.</li>\n <li>Ensures adherence to financial policies, procedures and internal controls.</li>\n <li>Assists in managing the accounts payable and accounts receivable along with the associated payment and collection efforts and detailed records.</li>\n <li>Oversees the management of company check preparations and obtaining authorized signatures.</li>\n <li>Oversees the management of project and/or District  asset inventories.</li>\n <li>Oversees the management of project and/or District asset inventories and payroll.</li>\n <li>Oversees multiple large projects valued over $1B.</li>\n <li>Responsible for hiring, training, and managing finance staff on multiple large projects.</li>\n <li>Participate in joint venture project executive committee and provide financial guidance.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What we are looking for</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required.</li>\n <li>Master’s Degree preferred. </li>\n <li>10+ years finance or accounting experience in the construction industry required. </li>\n <li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. </li>\n <li>Verbal, written and presentation skills.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to lead finance teams for multiple company projects within a geographic region. </li>\n <li>Management skills required.
