As we continue to grow our impact and our team, we're seeking passionate individuals to join us in shaping the future of enterprise solutions.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Customer Delivery Engineer</span></span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Main Duties and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>OMS+ and IA customer delivery — hands-on technical delivery, configuration, and support for customers deploying and operating DataXstream's OMS+ and IA products on SAP BTP across on-premises private cloud and public cloud environments</li>\n<li>BTP subaccount and environment management — setup, configuration, and operational support of customer BTP subaccounts, Cloud Foundry spaces, and service bindings for OMS+ and IA deployments</li>\n<li>SSO and identity configuration — SAP Cloud Identity Services (CIS) federation setup and maintenance as part of OMS+ and IA product delivery, ensuring customers have a consistent, secure single sign-on experience within their product environments</li>\n<li>SAP Cloud Connector — configuring and maintaining the secure tunnel between customer on-premises systems and BTP for OMS+ and IA hybrid deployments</li>\n<li>Customer-facing support and escalation — working directly with customers and partners to diagnose and resolve OMS+ and IA platform issues on BTP, with the CPE team as your technical backstop</li>\n<li>Delivery documentation — authoring runbooks and delivery patterns that make OMS+ and IA customer engagements repeatable and reduce single-engineer dependency</li>\n<li>Participation in CPE on-call rotation for customer-facing incident response</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cross-Coverage Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p>DataXstream is committed to eliminating single points of failure across the CPE team. This role is expected to develop working knowledge of the Platform &amp; Internal Systems Engineer's domain sufficient to provide continuity during absence.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with SAP Cloud Logging Service (CLS) setup and migration procedures — ability to maintain progress on active migrations</li>\n<li>Basic BTP Cloud Foundry internal environment awareness — ability to identify operational issues and escalate appropriately</li>\n<li>General internal platform operations awareness — sufficient to provide triage on active initiatives</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Must-Have Skills and Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Foundational interest in cloud and enterprise platform technology — curiosity about how cloud platforms work and how applications are built and operated on them</li>\n<li>Any exposure to SAP BTP, SAP technologies, or enterprise cloud platforms — through coursework, personal projects, internship, or early professional experience; we will build BTP expertise on the job</li>\n<li>Familiarity with identity and SSO concepts — understanding of how single sign-on and identity federation work, even at a conceptual level</li>\n<li>Awareness of hybrid connectivity concepts — understanding the difference between on-premises private cloud and public cloud deployments and how systems connect across them</li>\n<li>Comfort engaging with customers and partners in a technical capacity — clear, calm communication under pressure</li>\n<li>Willingness to participate in on-call rotation for customer-facing incident response</li>\n<li>Documentation-first mindset — you write things down as you figure them out</li>\n<li>Fluent English level</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Value</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Curiosity — you want to understand the platform, not just make the ticket go away</li>\n<li>Ownership — when something is yours to deliver, you see it through</li>\n<li>Communication — you keep customers and teammates informed, especially when things get complicated</li>\n<li>Growth mindset — every customer engagement teaches you something; you pay attention to those lessons</li>\n<li>Collaboration — you ask the team when you're stuck and you share what you learn</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Any SAP BTP exposure — BTP Cockpit, Cloud Foundry, BTP services, or SAP Integration Suite</li>\n<li>Familiarity with SAP Cloud Identity Services (CIS) or identity federation concepts (SAML, OIDC)</li>\n<li>Exposure to SAP Cloud Connector or hybrid connectivity concepts</li>\n<li>SAP BTP certification or active pursuit of one</li>\n<li>Exposure to Kubernetes or container-based platforms</li>\n<li>Familiarity with observability tools: logging, monitoring, and alerting</li>\n<li>Hyperscaler exposure (Azure or AWS) — all resources provision through BTP but cloud fundamentals are useful context</li>\n<li>Personal cloud or homelab projects</li>\n<li>Exposure to CAB or change process management — BTP delivery changes can affect customer environments downstream; familiarity with structured change management processes is a plus</li>\n<li>Familiarity with Atlassian tools — Jira for project management, Bitbucket for source control, and Bamboo for CI/CD</li>\n<li>Experience using company-approved AI tools to increase personal productivity and delivery efficiency</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><a href=\"https://www.dataxstream.com/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">DataXstream LLC</a><span> </span><span>is an equal-opportunity workplace and an affirmative-action employer.
