This role leads preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and serves as a technical resource supporting reliable and efficient operations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead safety and reliability initiatives across manufacturing and facility equipment.</li>\n <li>Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.</li>\n <li>Analyze downtime, failures, and performance trends and lead corrective actions.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate equipment documentation and maintenance records.</li>\n <li>Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and process improvements.</li>\n <li>Partner with Operations and Maintenance teams to solve equipment issues.</li>\n <li>Lead TPM, 6S, and continuous improvement efforts.</li>\n <li>Assist with technical training and knowledge development.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience</li>\n <li>3+ years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or a related field</li>\n <li>Experience with reliability engineering tools, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement</li>\n <li>Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>TPM, CMRT, or Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)</li>\n <li>OSHA safety training</li>\n</ul>",
