          "text": "<p></p><p>We are currently seeking a qualified <strong>Field Engineer, Civil Structural, Architectural (CSA)</strong> to join our&#xa0;mining team. This position supports the execution of large-scale mining and industrial projects, including material handling, processing facilities, and supporting infrastructure. Work may be performed at active construction sites in remote or industrial environments within Saskatchewan.&#xa0;</p><p>While preference may be given to candidates located near project sites, relocation or LOA support may be available based on eligibility.</p><p><a href=\"https://www.bantrel.com/careers\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Join us</a>&#xa0;in this&#xa0;full time&#xa0;permanent&#xa0;role</p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>The Field Engineer ensures construction execution aligns with design intent, scope of work, engineering drawings, and quality requirements while maintaining strict adherence to project safety standards. This is a hands-on role involving technical problem solving, contractor support, and field coordination to ensure efficient project delivery.</p><p>The Civil, Structural &amp; Architectural Field Engineer (CSA FE) supports field engineering activities for mining or industrial facilities. The CSA FE reports to the Lead Civil/Structural Engineer with a secondary reporting line to the Site Manager.</p><p>The CSA FE provides technical direction to construction teams and supports a wide range of engineering and construction-related functions across multidisciplinary project scopes.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Review contractor submittals and respond to RFIs, escalating complex issues as required</li><li>Perform field inspections to verify construction quality and progress</li><li>Review and sign Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and attend critical inspections</li><li>Monitor contractor quality performance and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)</li><li>Support construction planning, sequencing, and advanced work packaging</li><li>Coordinate civil/structural interfaces with multidisciplinary teams</li><li>Manage field changes, including preparation and tracking of FCNs and FCRs</li><li>Conduct walkdowns, develop punch lists, and verify completion of deficiencies</li><li>Review contractor turnover packages and support permit close-out activities</li><li>Provide constructability input and field support to engineering and project teams</li><li>Promote and uphold site safety standards through active field engagement</li><li>Capture and apply lessons learned to improve project execution</li></ul><p></p>",
