      "content": "<div>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Lead and work alongside production employees in the fabrication and welding of burners, flares, incinerators, and related components during night shift operations.</li>\n<li>Serve as the primary on-floor lead, providing direction, job assignments, and real-time problem solving to meet production schedules.</li>\n<li>Ensure work is performed in compliance with quality standards, drawings, and welding procedures.</li>\n<li>Promote and maintain HSE compliance, including proper use of PPE and adherence to safety policies.</li>\n<li>Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and communicate issues or needs to supervision.</li>\n<li>Support training and onboarding of new employees; mentor less experienced team members.</li>\n<li>Assist with basic troubleshooting of equipment, tools, and processes.</li>\n<li>Participate in continuous improvement efforts, including lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.</li>\n<li>Provide input on employee performance and escalate attendance, performance, or conduct issues as needed.</li>\n\n</ul></div>"

      "content": "<div>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n<li>3+ years of manufacturing experience required; welding experience strongly preferred.</li>\n<li>Prior experience in a lead, acting lead, or informal supervisory role preferred.</li>\n<li>Experience in welding, fabrication, machine shop operations, or first-entry manufacturing.</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and welding symbols.</li>\n<li>Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to lead by example.</li>\n<li>Basic computer skills for production tracking and reporting.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles preferred.</li>\n<li>Experience with Solomon or similar ERP systems is a plus.</li>\n\n</ul></div>"
