Business Development Representative (ITAD, MSP or VAR a MUST)

We are also a leading wholesale distributor of enterprise computing hardware (CPUs, storage, networking).
The Role
We are seeking a driven, seasoned ITAD Business Development Representative to accelerate revenue growth within our ITAD division. In this autonomous, high-growth role, you will own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to close—targeting enterprise corporations (2,000+ employees) and data centers. We are looking for a true hunter.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect & Close: Identify and secure new enterprise-level ITAD accounts and data centers.
Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with C-suite and key IT decision-makers.
Consultative Selling: Conduct client needs assessments and deliver tailored solutions for asset valuation, data destruction, and recycling.
Pipeline Management: Track activities, metrics, and forecasts within the CRM.
Qualifications
ITAD/MSP/VAR Experience: Proven track record selling ITAD/MSP/VAR is required.
Enterprise Sales: Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles required.
Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of industry regulations, data destruction standards, and e-waste compliance.
Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% to meet clients across North America.
Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit who thrives with autonomy and minimal red tape.
