The successful candidate will be essential to the project manager's support, managing packs, supervising order delivery, guaranteeing quality control, and keeping thorough records.<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></em><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Support Project Manager:<br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure seamless operations.<br></li>\n<li>Assist in coordinating and executing project tasks as assigned.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pack Handling:<br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Efficiently handle and organize translation and localization project packs for timely distribution.<br></li>\n<li>Safeguard the integrity and confidentiality of project materials during handling.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Order Delivery (OD):<br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate the smooth and timely delivery of translation and localization orders to clients.<br></li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with relevant teams to optimize delivery processes.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quality Control (QC):<br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct quality control checks on translated and localized materials to ensure accuracy and adherence to established standards.<br></li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address and resolve any identified issues promptly.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Documentation and Sheets:<br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to distribution activities.<br></li>\n<li>Utilize spreadsheets and other tracking tools to monitor project progress and ensure data integrity.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:<br></span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.<br></li>\n<li>Proven experience in the Translation and Localization industry.<br></li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.<br></li>\n<li>Self-motivated and capable of working independently.<br></li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.<br></li>\n<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Available schedule:<br></span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday to Friday from 09:00 am to 5:30 pm EST<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We are an equal-opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
