Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania (GSEP), a top ten Girl Scout Council in the country, is looking for <strong>Summer</strong> <strong>Program Implementers</strong> to join the Mission Delivery team in <u>Philadelphia</u>.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">At GSEP, staff members are committed to building girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place. Girl Scouts is the preeminent leadership development organization for girls. And with programs from coast to coast and across the globe, Girl Scouts offers every girl a chance to do something amazing.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Here&rsquo;s how you can help!</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The <strong>Summer</strong> <strong>Program Implementer&nbsp;</strong>will lead fun and exciting Girl Scout programming. Not sure if you know what it takes? Don&rsquo;t worry, we&rsquo;ll train you! Summer Program Implementers will:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Deliver prescribed Girl Scout Leadership programming (i.e. STEM, self-esteem, anti-bullying, health &amp; wellness) to girls at assigned sites (training will be provided).&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide support between site and Community Program Manager to ensure all programming needs are met.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and cultivate relationships with girls, parents/caregivers and community site administrators to nurture long term commitments to Girl Scouting and the mission.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to manage survey administration, attendance tracking, and collection of membership for each girl member.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Travel between multiple sites&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><u>Essential Qualifications:</u></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 28.25px;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be at least 18 years of age&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must enjoy working with children</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must have access to own reliable transportation, car preferred (must have insurance)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to travel from site to site based on community&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Computer skills - Proficiency in Microsoft 2007 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience working with databases and Excel spreadsheets&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 25 pounds&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Education: High School diploma or GED required.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><u>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Experience Essential&nbsp;</u></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent interpersonal skills.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to creatively deliver Girl Scout programming&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work with girls of diverse populations.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Willingness to learn (or prior knowledge of) Girl Scout program, philosophy and structure of the organization.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Spanish or other language speaking a plus.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><u>Hours of Work</u></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The hours may vary from 9am-6pm</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Flexible part time hours up to 25 hours per week</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><u>Employees are responsible and accountable for</u></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Adequately monitor and track bi-weekly hours worked and submit by deadline.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Compliance with workplace policies and procedures for risk identification, risk assessment and risk control.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Active participation in activities associated with the management of workplace health and safety.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identification and reporting of health and safety risks, accidents, incidents, injuries and property damage at the workplace.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Correct utilization of appropriate personal protective equipment.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><u>Other Requirements:&nbsp;</u></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain Membership as a registered Girl Scout and background clearances&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to interact across all levels with a diverse population.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This is the perfect opportunity for an energetic and committed individual who wants to work in a unique environment, finds inspiration in working with the Girl Scouts&rsquo; brand, and is motivated by our mission to build girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p>\n",
