The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food truck management, event placement, and operational efficiency, with a passion for delivering exceptional food experiences to diverse audiences.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee the daily operations of the food trucks, ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and local regulations.</li><li>Ensure food trucks are maintained, licensed, and operating efficiently by working with maintenance teams and vendors.</li><li>Develop and manage budgets related to food truck operations, including costs for maintenance, staffing, and supplies.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies that enhance visibility and drive sales.</li><li>Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring service quality and responding to feedback.</li><li>Schedule labor as required by anticipated business activity while ensuring that all positions are staffed appropriately, and labor cost objectives are met.</li><li>Ensure all food trucks adhere to local health, safety, and zoning regulations.</li><li>Ensure all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards.</li><li>Monitor/Coordinate delivery schedules with our Commissary.</li><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule that will shift as operation needs shift(includes working nights, weekends and holidays).
