The Opportunity: We are looking for a highly driven and resilient Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This is a high-impact, outbound-focused role where success is measured by your ability to generate new business opportunities through proactive reach. Key Responsibilities: Own top-of-funnel activity by generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting Execute high-volume cold calling, alongside email and LinkedIn outreach, to engage prospective clients Identify and qualify decision-makers, uncover needs, and position our services effectively Book qualified discovery meetings for the sales team Build, manage, and continuously develop a robust pipeline of new business leads Handle objections confidently and persistently to progress conversations Work closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies Consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs and lead generation targets Key Requirements: 1 - 3 years of B2B sales experience with a strong emphasis on outbound prospecting and cold calling Proven track record of generating leads through high-volume outreach Confidence in speaking with senior decision-makers and navigating gatekeepers Strong objection-handling skills and ability to secure next steps Experience using CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) to manage pipeline activity Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly resilient, tenacious, and self-motivated Proactive mindset with the ability to think quickly and adapt in conversations Comfortable with rejection and driven by targets and performance Application Information: To apply, follow the application process below or contact Luke Whitehead on 07507 803681.
