This role helps us to build skills and change lives in each of our communities.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Principal Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Cleans all floors, including under garment racks, using a broom, mop, vacuum, &amp;/or floor scrubber&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Cleans restrooms: mirrors, counters, toilets and floors, spot cleaning walls, and wiping all handles&nbsp;</li><li>Provide best in class service by greeting customers/donors and inviting them to return&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Stocks restroom supplies and revisits throughout their shift to complete touch-ups, as needed&nbsp;</li><li>Routinely picks up debris, hangers, and product inside and outside store&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Collects and empties trash from public areas, restrooms, breakrooms, and offices&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Cleans &amp; polishes drinking fountains, wipes down microwave and tables in breakroom&nbsp;</li><li>Cleans dressing rooms: mirrors, benches, baseboards, and floors&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Routinely dusts all ledges, tops of fitting rooms, and underneath H-Racks&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Informs management of cleaning supplies level on hand &amp; alerting them more needs to be purchased&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain neat, clean and safe environment by following established 5S principles and safety guidelines&nbsp;</li><li>Works the process providing back-up to take in donations or putting out HL product, as assigned&nbsp;</li><li>Consistently interacting with co-workers, shoppers, and donors in a professional &amp; pleasant manner&nbsp;</li><li>Consistently perform all duties within the framework of our Core Values&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p>",
