          "text": "<p>At our Long Term Care homes, we pride ourselves on creating a warm and welcoming culinary atmosphere with fantastic food. As a Dietary Aide, you help serve our Residents during meal times and special events.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>If you were working for us as a Dietary Aide, here are some of the things you would have done last week:</p><ul><li>Greeted Residents and answered questions in a courteous and professional manner</li><li>Connected with some of your Residents to see how their day was or if they were looking forward to any events as they sit down at their table</li><li>Serve attractive, nutritious meals being mindful of special diets, textures, and needs of the Residents</li><li>Experienced the joy of making a positive impact by serving nutritious, comforting meals to Residents</li><li>Participated in establishing and maintaining a home-like environment, including the dining experience</li><li>Participated in a special recreation event like a cupcake tasting competition for the Residents, or summer barbeque for the Home</li><li>Set up and cleared the dining room</li><li>Washed dishes, cleaned and sanitized the kitchen area</li><li>Assisted with food preparation as assigned</li><li>And supported your team as needed.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p>When you apply, if you have your credentials, we will try our best to reach out to you within the week (hopefully within a few days).</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>We prioritize promoting from within and support our employees' educational needs because we care for the team we have put together.
