    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The primary purpose of this position is to provide comprehensive and safe open recreational programming in the NBSRC pool and environs and must include the knowledge and training required to hire, train, supervise and evaluate the lifeguard staff for Campus Recreation. The individual must enjoy participating in a collaborative work environment with student learning as the focus.</li>\n  <li>Demonstrated student-client centered philosophy and approach.
