Ideal candidates must have 4+ years experience as an Analyst with experience working on budgeting, strong Power BI experience, and the ability to analyze large data sets to identify trends and performance indicators.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Track pricing scenarios and matter budgets </li>\n <li>Design and develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations</li>\n <li>Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests</li>\n <li>Work across multiple departments including Finance, marketing, IT, and Legal</li>\n <li>Identify scope projects and provide insights to refine matter management and performance</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Education:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Business or related</li>\n <li>MBA preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Experience Required:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>4+ years working experience  as a Business Analyst handling budgeting</li>\n <li>Experience with Power BI, including Power Query Editor and DAX</li>\n <li>Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet and HighQ</li>\n <li>Strong analytical skills with experience streamlining workflows</li>\n <li>Experience training and developing training materials</li>\n</ul>",
