You will oversee a global team across four layers: custom hardware, firmware, AI orchestration, and software. This is a high-impact role for an operator-builder ready to move a transformative product from prototype to global production. What you will do: Own technical delivery across hardware, firmware, and software layers while managing day-to-day operations for US and global engineering teams. Define and track engineering KPIs and architecture standards to bridge product vision with scalable production deployment. Travel to international sites monthly to lead and coordinate technical progress across a 24-hour development cycle. The ideal candidate: 10-15 years of ascending experience at top-tier companies known for building both custom hardware and software stacks. Proven expertise in managing complex, global engineering teams and delivering production-ready AI systems in high-ambiguity environments.
