    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The Electrical Assembler will work with team members on the assembly of 12 VDC control systems and will be expected to play a key role in on-site activities. Electrical Assembler will be responsible for assembling various control components, harnesses, programming devices and interfacing our system to specific heavy truck systems.</p><p>Hour rates based on experience with many opportunities for pay increases and career advancement!&nbsp;</p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">RESPONSIBILITES</p><p><strong>What You'll Be Doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Works from schematics and job instructions.</li><li>Constructs electrical control panels.</li><li>Pre-assembles and finishes wiring of control systems.</li><li>Installs electrical control circuits for motors and control devices for various electrical devices.</li><li>Ensures accuracy and completion of assigned tasks and projects.</li><li>Use of specific wire cutting/stripping/crimping equipment</li><li>Test completed equipment for proper performance.&nbsp;</li><li>Adaptability to changing tasks due to continuous improvements and updates</li><li>Clean. Lubricate and perform other maintenance work</li><li>Other assigned work as required.</li></ul><p style=\"text-align: center;\">QUALIFICATIONS</p><p><strong>What You'll Need For Success:</strong></p><ul><li>Education: High school diploma, GED.</li><li>1 years’ experience with automotive electrical preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of basic 12 VDC Electrical systems, tools and crimping techniques.</li><li>A strong background in Automotive 12V systems is preferred.</li><li>LEAN manufacturing experience preferred.</li><li>Able to assemble Electrical Components from drawings and work instructions.</li><li>Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a busy environment.</li><li>Able to work well under pressure.</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li><li>Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally always.</li><li>Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.</li></ul>",
