Join our winning team! &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Pay: &nbsp;This is a Piece Rate position starting at $19.00/Hourly</p><p>Shift Hours: &nbsp;7:00am-3:30pm/Monday-Friday</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>What you will be doing:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Work in a temperature-controlled building where your attention to detail ensures high-quality embroidered products reach our customers.</li><li>Inspect a variety of embroidered products, including shirts, sweatshirts, coats, sweatpants, and shorts, preparing them for shipping or storage.</li><li>Use work orders to verify proper design placement, review order accuracy, remove embroidery backings, fold, stack, package products, and sort finished items by color and size.</li><li>Attach barcodes, stickers, and hang tags as needed, complete production tracking paperwork, and ensure all records are accurate.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>What You Bring to the Table:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Experience with embroidery equipment, including operation, adjustments, and maintenance.</li><li>Strong ability to maintain accurate counts using basic math skills.</li><li>Physical stamina to stand, bend, twist, reach, and grip throughout your shift and lift up to 50 pounds, stacking boxes and totes as needed.</li><li>Detail-oriented mindset committed to meeting high-quality embroidery standards.</li><li>Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and order accuracy.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>High School Diploma or GED</li><li>Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications).&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Preferred Qualifications:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Previous experience in garment inspection, embroidery, or related fields is a plus.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>We Offer:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Inclusive culture with associate-led Business Resource Groups&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">112 Hours of PTO and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays + 1 floating holiday)</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Online and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and more!&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"line-height: 115%; margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p>The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
