If RN has an Associate’s Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.</li>\n <li><strong>Experience</strong>: Required 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, for Critical Care units, 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a critical care setting or completion of a critical care fellowship.&nbsp;</li>\n <li><strong>Certification:&nbsp;</strong>Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association required upon start | For Critical Care Units: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support - Within 6 Months | For Pediatric Units: Pediatric Advanced Life Support- Within 6 Months | For Infusion Center Units: Obtain chemo card- within 3 months of hire</li>\n <li><strong>Licensure:</strong> Licensed or eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse or an active multi-state Registered Nurse license&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Candidates who are proficient in Epic and possess two years of recent Registered Nurse (RN) experience in an inpatient setting on a Postpartum unit.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\">&nbsp;</p>\n<div>\n <div>\n  <div>\n   <p>&nbsp;</p>\n  </div>\n </div>\n</div>",
