Located downtown, our Charlotte office overlooks a bustling metropolitan area with many attractions, including restaurants, entertainment, and nightlife.   </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Experienced in the area of real estate finance, you will spend your days serving as counsel to national financial institutions. As a strong team player, you will fit right in with our collegial and intellectually engaging work environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>All candidates are asked to submit a cover letter, resume, and a copy of their law school transcript. </p>\n<h2>We Know You</h2>\n<p>You have<strong> 1 to 3 years of meaningful real estate acquisition, development and/or finance experience</strong>. The ideal candidate has experience in one or more of the following areas: real estate/construction financing, commercial lending, secondary market transactions, preferred equity, and corporate structures.
