We operate on a seasonal basis from March to October and are looking for a qualified Parts Person / Service Writer to join our team as we prepare for the 2026 season. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are looking to hire a seasonal <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Parts Professional </span>to be based in the Dawson City, Yukon area.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We provide accommodation and meals at our on-site camp and offer a highly competitive compensation package.</p>\n<p>The mine operates 24/7 with two shifts each day - a day shift and a night shift - with a rotation schedule. During their time off employees may stay on-site at the camp or venture to Dawson City for some time away.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>For candidates local to the Dawson City area, we are open to considering an onsite / offsite working schedule.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Job Duties</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Parts Duties: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Record, maintain and monitor parts that are on order, expected delivery dates, and arrivals.</li>\n<li>Organize and conduct regular inventory checks.</li>\n<li>Laydown yards for older components and categorize working components in laydown.</li>\n<li>Provide basic mechanical maintenance on water pumps, light vehicle maintenance and smaller tasks around the shop, when time permits.</li>\n<li>Follow up on part orders and do necessary coordination to ensure timely delivery.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with vendors and arrange pick up of parts.</li>\n<li>Order additional inventory as required.</li>\n<li>Receive all incoming goods verifying quantities received against quantities shipped on packing slips.</li>\n<li>Complete Return to Vendor forms when shipping purchased goods back to vendor.</li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience ordering parts, managing mechanical inventory and facilitating maintenance is an asset. </li>\n<li>Previous experience facilitating Purchase Orders is an asset.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of supply chain management and inventory control.</li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills to mange inventory and parts.</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills with suppliers and customers. </li>\n<li>Physically fit to do manual labour and heavy lifting.</li>\n<li>Apprentice or Journeyman certificate would be an asset.</li>\n<li>Ability to work day and night shifts.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Interested candidates are invited to submit their application, including a re</span><span>sume and cover letter.
