    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for interpreting ASME and similar industry codes.</li><li>Responsible for following established quality procedures and processes.</li><li>Perform inspections of purchased parts, assemblies and finished company products.</li><li>Able to read and interpret P&amp;ID and PFD drawings as required.</li><li>Able to use machine tools and precision inspection instruments to determine compliance with drawing tolerances.</li><li>Able to inspect and determine acceptability of units and assemblies under pressure tests (hydrostatic, snoop-leak and pneumatic).</li><li>Inspects surface preparation and coatings/linings; Able to use surface preparation standards and blast comparators and DFT gauges to determine compliance with drawing tolerances.</li><li>Reject and disposition subassemblies or finished products as required.</li><li>Work with shop personnel for accuracy and completion of shop documentation.</li><li>Prepare, maintain, and approve required quality documentation and inspection records.</li><li>Work with vendors to ensure quality of purchased parts for company use.</li><li>May provide Quality interface with customers and third party inspectors.&nbsp;</li><li>May direct workers engaged in inspection and testing activities.</li><li>May provide QC inspections and supervision at vendor/subcontractor locations.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills or Tools:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>NACE level I or II preferred</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control inspection</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents</li><li>Ability to read, write, speak and understand basic English, Spanish Bilingual a plus</li><li>Computer literate in basic computer applications (email, MS applications, etc.)</li><li>Must have working knowledge of various industry codes and local regulations, ASME, AWS, NACE, API, etc.</li><li>Familiarity with ASME requirements as they apply to pressure vessels and process piping testing.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p></div>\n",
