      "content": "<li>Adhering to assigned delivery schedule and following all job directives precisely</li><li>Ensure that all required shipping documents (manifest, invoice, etc.) are available for inspection, that appropriate paperwork accompanies shipment with delivery and filed away at the end of the shift.</li><li>Apply knowledge of safe driving skills in maneuvering vehicle in difficult situations, such as heavy traffic, inclement weather, and tight loading dock areas.</li><li>Following the best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading/unloading a truck</li><li>Communicating with dispatchers, drivers, and other team members to make deliveries</li><li>Meeting delivery deadlines</li><li>Performing and scheduling of basic truck maintenance</li><li>Loading and unloading cargo</li><li>Tracking shipments and deliveries</li><li>Obtaining client or customer signatures when needed</li><li>Immediately notify VP of Global Security/SOC in the event of a mechanical malfunction of the security or surveillance system that is anticipated to exceed a 4-hour period </li><li>Create sales orders and manifests in seed to sale system.</li><li>Edit existing sales orders and manifests as needed.&nbsp; </li><li>Edit invoices inside online ordering platform. </li><li>Upload finished goods inventory into online ordering platform. </li><li>Verify and receive all returns physically and electronically into the seed to sale system. </li><li>Record and document all order errors identified prior to shipment and upon receiving. </li><li>Record and document all distribution related data collected from delivery.</li><li>Maintain and organize all digital documents along with hard copy files that pertain to distribution. </li><li>Conduct scheduled safety meetings with all team members and address safety concerns. </li><li>Work with third party logistics vendors in coordinating and scheduling deliveries when needed.</li><li>Maintain and build relationships with wholesale partners as well as our own retail locations.&nbsp; </li><li>Handle customer complaints or issues with a sense of urgency and notify the appropriate individuals within the company.&nbsp; </li><li>Notify customers in a timely manner of their delivery schedule including all necessary paperwork related to that delivery.</li><li>Ability to route deliveries in the absence of the manager. </li><li>Oversee and assist in accuracy auditing and packing of orders. </li><li>Assist with delivery duties as needed. </li><li>Collaborate with other departments to understand areas of opportunity and develop solutions.</li><li>Work closely with sales team to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales. </li><li>Perform inventory reconciliation between seed to sale system and ordering platform. </li><li>Complete end-of-shift duties as assigned by the manger to ensure a successful morning load out.&nbsp; </li><li>All other job duties as assigned</li>"
