This is your chance to work on world-class attractions, cutting-edge systems, and immersive guest experiences—all while being part of a team that brings joy to millions.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications & Experience</h2>\n<h3>🚀 What You’ll Be Doing</h3>\n<p>You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our attractions and facilities are operating at peak performance:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on rides, including the observation wheel and carousel</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems (24V DC – 480V AC)</li>\n <li>Conduct daily safety inspections and ensure compliance with all health & safety standards</li>\n <li>Work at heights (yes—this includes the wheel!) and in a variety of indoor/outdoor conditions</li>\n <li>Maintain lighting, audio-visual systems, and site infrastructure</li>\n <li>Support new installations, upgrades, and special engineering projects</li>\n <li>Keep detailed maintenance records and ensure all work meets regulatory standards</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>🛠️ What We’re Looking For</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>2+ years of hands-on engineering or technical maintenance experience</li>\n <li>Background in mechanical, electrical, or controls systems (theme park or attraction experience is a plus!)</li>\n <li>Comfortable working at heights and in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment</li>\n <li>Strong troubleshooting skills and a safety-first mindset</li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work with tools, ladders, and powered equipment</li>\n <li>Ability to meet the physical requirement of weighing and maintaining less than 280 lbs (due to the weight limitations on the ladder(s))</li>\n <li>Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<h3><strong>The Perks of the Magic</strong> ✨</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>🎡 <strong>Fantastic Health Coverage:</strong> Enjoy comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits to keep you feeling your best.</li>\n <li>🌴 <strong>Generous Paid Time Off:</strong> Take the time you need to rest, recharge, and come back ready to create more unforgettable moments.</li>\n <li>🎟️ <strong>Merlin Magic Pass:</strong> Share the fun with free entry for you, your family, and friends to our world-famous attractions.</li>\n <li>🏆 <strong>Recognition and Rewards:</strong> Your hard work does not go unnoticed.
