Success in this role requires a strong eagerness to learn, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative<br>\napproach to meeting customer needs.</p><p>Key Responsibilities<br>\nTechnical Program Support:<br>\n○ Provide essential technical support for standard water treatment applications, collaborating closely with senior team members.<br>\n○ Conduct basic water testing, equipment inspections, and support field testing of standard products and applications.<br>\n○ Assist in fundamental troubleshooting activities under direct supervision.<br>\n○ Shadow experienced colleagues during customer visits and technical reviews to build on-the-job competency.</p><p>Data Management &amp; Documentation:<br>\n○ Maintain accurate and detailed records of assigned accounts within digital platforms (e.g., CMS, SPG).<br>\n○ Assist in routine technical data collection and analysis to support program performance metrics and technical excellence audits.<br>\n○ Support preparation of comprehensive technical reports and presentations.<br>\n○ Help coordinate sample analysis and ensure proper documentation is maintained.</p><p>Compliance &amp; Professional Development:<br>\n○ Learn and actively apply fundamental water treatment concepts and chemical product applications.<br>\n○ Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures and all established safety protocols, actively promoting safety awareness.<br>\n○ Participate in required technical training to continuously build expertise in core competencies.<br>\n○ Support basic data gathering for bids and proposals.</p>",
