The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated professional with a strong clinical background in Emergency Department, ICU, or Operating Room settings, possessing 3-5 years of relevant experience (5+ years preferred). May require knowledge of data entry systems (e.g. NCQA IDSS/ISS tools, electronic health records, supplemental databases, HEDIS software tools). Occasional local travel (no overnight).</li><li>Ability to work independently, lead projects, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.</li><li>TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification preferred.</li></ul>",
