    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong><u>The Opportunity:</u></strong></span></p>\n<p><span>The Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) serves as the executive clinical leader responsible for shaping and executing HCHB’s clinical strategy. This role ensures that our software solutions enable home health and hospice agencies to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. The CCO bridges clinical expertise with product innovation, working closely with engineering, product, marketing, and client success—to align our platform with regulatory requirements, clinical workflows, and evolving industry standards.</span></p>\n<p><span>In addition to internal responsibilities, the CCO will serve as a <strong>public-facing clinical voice of HCHB</strong>, representing the company at industry events and positioning HCHB as a thought leader in home-based care. This is a highly visible, mission-driven role for a seasoned clinical executive who is passionate about using technology to drive better care and outcomes at scale.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong><u>What You Will Do:</u></strong></span></p>\n<p><span><strong>Strategic Leadership &amp; Industry Advocacy</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Define and lead the clinical vision in alignment with the company's product and business strategies.</span></li>\n <li><span>Serve as the primary clinical voice within the executive team, ensuring strategic decisions reflect the realities of patient care delivery.</span></li>\n <li><span>Monitor and communicate clinical and regulatory trends impacting home health and hospice.</span></li>\n <li><span><strong>Represent HCHB publicly as a trusted industry expert</strong>—participating in panels, conferences, advocacy events, and partnerships to elevate the company’s influence and credibility in home-based care.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Clinical Oversight</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Ensure all software features and workflows comply with CMS, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards.</span></li>\n <li><span>Guide the design and implementation of evidence-based, patient-centered clinical workflows.</span></li>\n <li><span>Provide expert interpretation of clinical guidelines, policies, and best practices.</span></li>\n <li><span>Proactively assess clinical risks and ensure alignment with industry and payer requirements (e.g., PDGM, VBID, HHVBP).</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Translate clinical needs into product requirements, collaborating with engineering, product management, and UX teams.</span></li>\n <li><span>Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to position clinical features, create messaging, and support client onboarding and adoption.</span></li>\n <li><span>Collaborate with regulatory and legal teams to ensure compliance is embedded across the product lifecycle.</span></li>\n <li><span>Guide the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies to enhance care delivery and documentation.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Customer &amp; Market Engagement</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Actively engage with clinical users to gather insights and feedback for continuous product improvement.</span></li>\n <li><span>Build trust with providers and industry stakeholders by articulating the value of HCHB’s solutions in improving care quality and operational efficiency.</span></li>\n <li><span>Champion usability improvements to reduce clinician burden and support frontline adoption.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Leadership &amp; Mentoring</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Lead clinical advisory boards and cultivate a network of industry consultants.</span></li>\n <li><span>Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert across departments to enhance understanding of clinical operations.</span></li>\n <li><span>Provide clinical input for internal training, documentation, and customer education programs.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom:0in\">\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<p><span><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></span></p>\n<p><span><strong>Education &amp;
