    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>Compensation &amp; Benefits</u></strong></p><ul><li>Pay Range: $33.75 - $44.50</li><li>Medical, dental, and vision programs with 60-80% company contribution.</li><li>Long-Term and Short-Term Disability.</li><li>401K with Company match.</li><li>Annual clothing allowance.</li></ul><p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>Summary</u></strong></p><p>Led by the Project Manager and Construction Manager, the Field Construction Coordinator (&ldquo;FCC&rdquo;) supervises all construction and field work. &nbsp;The FCC coordinates the schedule with regard to the required field progress, the resources required, their mobilization and demobilization in time, and the corrective measures necessary in order to accomplish the work in compliance with Customer&rsquo;s policies and procedures with regard to safety, quality, schedule and cost.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul><li>Proactive verification of accurate pay IDs for all external personnel to guarantee timely and correct compensation. This involves meticulous record-keeping and prompt identification/resolution of any discrepancies.</li><li>Active monitoring of external crews&rsquo; performance to ensure all assigned tasks are completed according to specifications and deadlines. This includes regular on-site presence and communication with the teams.</li><li>Providing technical assistance, including switching and tagging support, to expedite project completion and maintain optimal workflow. &nbsp;Initiate distribution outage requests for project work through E-STAR and/or CONVEX.</li><li>Meticulous adherence to all required paperwork and documentation processes, ensuring all forms &amp; reports are submitted accurately and punctually upon project completion.</li><li>Coordinate Material delivery between customer, stockroom, and contractor.</li><li>Inspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications, quality and adherence to construction schedules.</li><li>Facilitate resolving construction problems, discrepancies, procedures, and methods by working with engineering personnel, inspectors, contractors and suppliers.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain daily on-site as-build project plans.</li><li>Adhere to company policies, programs and procedures as well as Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP).
