The Binding Specialist reviews and processes insurance policies while providing support to the client service team. This role requires a strong attention to detail while auditing new policies, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both clients and team members.</p>\n<p><strong>PERKS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid vacations and 401k options. </li>\n <li>State-of-the-art technology</li>\n <li>Industry leading training program & one-on-one mentor</li>\n <li>State licensing reimbursement </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior experience in an administrative, data entry or customer support role such as managing client accounts, supporting insurance operations, or working in a customer service environment is preferred.</li>\n <li>Ability to review insurance submissions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to issuance</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills with the ability to identify and escalate issues or discrepancies in a timely manner</li>\n <li>Understanding of binding insurance policies in accordance with agency standards and state regulations</li>\n <li>Ability to support and maintain an efficient new business workflow from sale through policy issuance</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation</li>\n <li>Willingness to support the account management team with service requests for existing policyholders</li>\n <li>Flexibility to assist with general account management tasks as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>WHO YOU ARE: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 2 years of customer service or related experience</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment</li>\n <li>Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Proficiency navigating multiple computer systems and software platforms</li>\n <li>Prior experience in insurance, account management, or a related field is a plus, but not required</li>\n <li>Property & Casualty license preferred; willingness to obtain licensure required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>WHO IS AMERICA’S CHOICE INSURANCE PARTNERS?</strong></p>\n<p>America's Choice Insurance Partners is an agency that stands apart from the crowd.
