This role requires a strong understanding of BIM workflows, construction concepts, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a project team. The BIM Technician is expected to stay current with BIM technology and contribute to the efficient and accurate production of project deliverables.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Diploma or certificate in an AEC-related discipline (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) from a university, community college, or technical school</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Minimum 2–3 years of experience, particularly in interior and architecture</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proficient in Autodesk software, including Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Preferred but not essential: Enscape, Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
