of America and the Irvine Ranch Outdoor Education Center.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral serve all youth of Orange County by providing quality outdoor educational programs that instill in them an appreciation of the outdoors and the environment, teach effective teamwork, instruct about activities.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support the overall operations of the Orange County Boy Scouts of
