You will be a key contributor across all phases of design from early concepts through detailed documentation and construction.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Research, program, plan, and design for technical development, coordination, design development and construction document phases</li>\n <li>Collaborate with project design team for programming, planning, and feasibility analysis</li>\n <li>Resolve technical questions and/or details for field and office staff</li>\n <li>Assist with code review and interpretation including agency review comments</li>\n <li>Fill the role of Lead Architect for project activities related to project technical documentation including contract documents, specifications, design CAMP®, team and client meetings and coordination with QA/QC review team</li>\n <li>Coordination of project elements with internal and external team members</li>\n <li>Assist with Quality Control and Quality Management by reviewing projects that are internal or external</li>\n <li>Assist team with Cost Estimates and Constructability Reviews</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, and an NCARB Certificate</li>\n <li>Registered Architect, or ability to obtain registration within 6 months of start date</li>\n <li>Minimum of five (5) years of architectural experience with these types of projects or delivery</li>\n <li>High attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills, and comfortable learning and acquiring new skills</li>\n <li>Excellent oral and written communication</li>\n <li>A team player, willing to mentor staff</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Revit/BIM, Sketch-Up, Lumion, and Bluebeam</li>\n <li>Interest in the impact architecture can make in the water and wastewater industry</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous consulting experience</li>\n <li>Water/wastewater or industrial experience</li>\n <li>Ability to seek architect registration (reciprocity) in multiple jurisdictions</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation Range</h2>\n<p>An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. </p>\n<h2>Other Compensation and Benefits</h2>\n<p>Carollo is committed to providing employees with a competitive, comprehensive benefits program that provides the support employees and their families need to lead healthy, productive lives.
