    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><h1 style=\"margin-left:3.95pt;\" data-pasted=\"true\">GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION</h1><p style=\"line-height:12.75pt;\"><span style=\"font-family:Calibri;\">The position offers the opportunity to be a Mechanical Engineer focused on the development of vehicles used by customers around the world. &nbsp;</span><span style='font-family:\"Times New Roman\";'>The position requires a passion for vehicles and the desire to work with a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment to bring new and exciting products to market.</span></p><p style=\"margin-top:0in;margin-right:5.0pt;margin-bottom:4.7pt;margin-left:3.95pt;\">&nbsp;</p><h1 style=\"margin-left:3.95pt;\">PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES</h1><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style='font-family:\"Times New Roman\";'>Lead the design process for vehicle related components and systems from concept to production. &nbsp;</span></li><li>Transform market requirements into system, subsystem and component specifications.</li><li>Perform project related assignments and work directly with all functions of the organization to ensure project success with respect to Quality, Delivery and Cost</li><li><span style='font-family:\"Times New Roman\";'>Represent Engineering on cross functional new product development teams.</span></li><li>Ensure technical rigor for all projects assigned (Specifications, DFMEA, DVP, APQP, and Technical Design Reviews).</li><li>Creates and owns the Engineering Release Plan for all components, assemblies, installations, and Bills of Materials within assigned programs.</li><li>Remove roadblocks and accelerate implementation of projects.</li><li>Utilize PTC Creo to design &amp; develop mechanical components, subsystems and systems</li><li>Work closely with suppliers to develop components and subsystems to Club Car specifications.</li><li>Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to ensure Design For Manufacture (DFM) and to incorporate designs into manufacturing processes.</li><li>Leads competitive benchmarking activities &amp;
