Our Barista’s will be responsible for executing the Starbucks Experience for Bashas' customers by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. A Starbucks Barista is a responsible team player and always ready to learn. A Barista can work at a fast pace, has a keen eye for safety and will be able to help execute an assortment of duties.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;A Barista is a responsible, friendly person who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>A Barista’s responsibilities include:&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Operating a register and accurately handle customer cash, credit/debit payments, and change&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Assisting all customers by providing information and resolving any complaints&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Assisting with stocking shelves, facing, cleaning and dusting as needed&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Maintaining Safety and Sanitation standards throughout the store&nbsp;</p>\n<p>All other related duties as assigned&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>The Barista responsibilities will primarily be in the Starbucks department but may also work in other departments as needed.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p>Desired qualifications include:&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Friendly and customer service oriented. Interest in food and cooking a plus.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Customer service, restaurant, barista, food service, grocery or similar experience desired&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Self-motivated, with a high attention to detail, quality and presentation&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Skills to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Ability to work independently, effectively manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Ability to read, understand and follow through on verbal and written directions&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Ability to reliably meet required work schedule and adhere to company attendance policy&nbsp;</p>\n<p><u>Must be 18 years of age&nbsp;</u></p>\n<p><strong>Employees may occasionally experience the following physical demands for an extended period:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p>Standing, Sitting, Lifting + Stocking (Up to 50 lbs.), Pushing, Keyboarding, Telephone Use, Walking, Bending&nbsp;</p>",
