This role works in conjunction with the Sr. Project Superintendent to manage all field and construction activities throughout the development and delivery stages of assigned project(s). Foster a collaborative team environment; manage team performance and ensure adherence to project goals and company policy.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor risk factors</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Lead client and stakeholder communication, manage expectations and resolve issues efficiently and effectively. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with and manage partnership with architects, engineers and other key project team entities/stakeholders</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules; manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Prepare and manage project schedule, identify and address long lead items, update project plan as needed, initiate changes to ensure adherence</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Negotiate and execute change orders, subcontracts, and purchase orders</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Complete monthly project status reports, owner billings, and financial risk assessments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Manage project budget, project expenses, and ensure projects are completed within allocated funds. Prepare financial reports and monthly forecasts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Implement quality control and quality assurance program and measures to ensure project meets and exceeds required standards and identify areas for improvement</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Identify and recommend value engineering and scope reduction opportunities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure project safety plan is completed and communicated to project team and subcontractors</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assist with preconstruction efforts and manage buy-out process</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Detect constructability issues with project design</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Understand contract terms, budgets, insurances, bonds and change orders; ensure adherence including work progress being within scope</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Foster positive relationships with both internal and external parties</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Develop and mentor team members, including delegation of tasks/responsibilities for development, recommend disciplinary action when necessary, delegate job assignments, establish team member goals, and recommend promotions</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
