We’re passionate about providing healthcare professionals the most valuable and complete solutions to improve hospital efficiency and enhance patient care.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p>\n<p>Under direction of the Area Service Manager, develops customer satisfaction through technical repair, installation, training, operation, and maintenance of Werfen instruments and systems. Position may have a specific assigned territory or system population or may be a position to cover other assigned territories as needed under the direction of the Area Service Manager.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides highly visable customer support through the performance of on-site installations and neccessary diagnostics. troubleshooting, service and repairof complex instruments and systems.</li>\n <li>Performs routine and some non-routines technical repairs of all systems. This includes updates, retrofits, PMs and product enhancements.</li>\n <li>Instructs customers in the proper operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Werfen instruments and systems</li>\n <li>Is responsible for complying with all appropriate regulatory bodies (FDA, ISO and Health Canada) mandated policies, procedures, work instructions, and records</li>\n <li>Serves as a company liaison with customers.</li>\n <li>Responsible for routine interaction with sales counterparts with respect to cusstomer situations, updates, and lead generation</li>\n <li>Assures financial stability and viability of territory by promoting and selling service agreements, PMs, and other services</li>\n <li>Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Area Service Manager</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Budget Managed (if applicable)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>N/A</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Internal Networkign/Key Relationships</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>TBD based on departmental needs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills & Capabilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Approachability; Command Skills; Listening; Presentation Skills; Functional/Technical Skills</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Min Knowledge & Experience required for the position:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associates Degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology or related industry.</li>\n <li>Must posses some organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and exercise good judgment.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management through oral and written presentations / reports</li>\n <li>Must have some basic MS Office Skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) including the ability to manipulate data and build presentations</li>\n <li>Travel is required. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>International Mobility </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Required: no</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Travel Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 30% by auto in primary assigned territory. Minimum 10% by air for training, business meetings and/or support to customers outside primary or assigned territory.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The annual base salary range for this role is currently $35.00 to $40.00 range. Individual employee compensation will ultimately depend on factors including education, relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, and particular business needs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role is eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k plan retirement benefits with an employer match, as well as paid vacation and sick leave.
