This role requires strong technical skill in carpentry and formwork assembly, the ability to read and interpret construction plans, and a commitment to safe and precise execution in the field.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Core Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Formwork Construction and Installation</em>\n<ul>\n<li>Construct, erect, and install formwork using hand and power tools.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Measure, cut, assemble, and install forms, rebar, embeds, and anchor bolts.</li>\n<li>Build both built-in-place and prefabricated wooden forms in accordance with project specifications.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Structural Assembly and Support</em>\n<ul>\n<li>Insert spreaders and tie-rods to maintain specified dimensions.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Brace forms in place using nails, bolts, anchor bolts, steel cables, planks, and timber.</li>\n<li>Install all items in accordance with applicable plans and specifications.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Concrete Placement and Finishing</em>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in pouring concrete into finished forms.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Finish concrete surfaces to meet quality and design specifications.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Safety and Compliance</em>\n<ul>\n<li>Adhere to all company safety protocols, project rules, and OSHA standards.</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively identify unsafe conditions or behaviors and report them to supervision.</li>\n<li>Maintain experience preferred.</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret construction plans.</li>\n<li>Proficiency with electrical, hand, power, layout, and measurement tools.</li>\n<li>Ability to understand, follow, and transmit written and oral instructions.</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills to collaborate with management and team members.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:
