This role focuses on proactively selling aftermarket service products. font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Uphold the company core values by being Professional, Passionate, Embracing Change, Sustainable, and Building Together.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Leverage CRM data to identify opportunities and proactively reach out to customers to offer relevant aftermarket service solutions.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Drive sales of preventative maintenance (PM) services, PM contracts, spare parts packages, Retrofit packages, and re-tooling kits, actively promoting PM service visits and long-term service agreements to both new and existing customers.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Create service quotations requested from Service Desk and Field Service Teams and proactively sell: preventative maintenance (PM) services, additional services, and spare parts packages as opportunities arise.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Daily review of out-of-warranty tickets for quoting opportunities to find leads for service and parts packages.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Create and manage service tickets for sold Aftermarket services, coordinating with internal departments such as parts, service, and scheduling teams to ensure proper fulfillment and customer satisfaction.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Conduct outbound cold calls and other proactive outreach efforts to generate new business and maintain strong customer relationships.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted content and promotional materials for Aftermarket products and services, contributing to a strong marketing mindset and supporting broader outreach initiatives.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Generate service quotes when support requests transition into service orders, using existing internal tools to ensure accuracy and consistency.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Work closely with field service supervisors, technicians, the parts department, and the master scheduler to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in;
