The CHW supports improved health practices, links communities with health services, and contributes to data collection and community engagement efforts.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Program Implementation</li>\n<li>Conduct home visits, group sessions, and outreach activities to deliver health and hygiene awareness.</li>\n<li>Promote safe and healthy practices using IEC materials and community engagement methods.</li>\n<li>Ensure activities align with RI guidelines, standards, and code of conduct.</li>\n<li>Community Engagement &amp; Coordination</li>\n<li>Act as a key link between the community and RI teams.</li>\n<li>Mobilize community participation in health-related activities and campaigns.</li>\n<li>Monitoring &amp; Reporting</li>\n<li>Collect basic demographic and health-related data at community level.</li>\n<li>Submit regular reports to supervisors and support surveys and assessments.</li>\n<li>Report community needs, service gaps, and trends affecting program implementation.</li>\n<li>Referral &amp; Service Linkages</li>\n<li>Support referral of community members to health facilities and services.</li>\n<li>Maintain updated mapping of services and referral pathways.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications and Experience</span></p>\n<p>Education: Secondary school education required; preference for health or social science background.</p>\n<p>Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in community or health-related work preferred.</p>\n<p>Skills: Strong communication, community engagement, and interpersonal skills.</p>\n<p>Languages: Arabic required.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Core Competencies</span></p>\n<p>Effective communication and interpersonal skills</p>\n<p>Teamwork and collaboration</p>\n<p>Community engagement and trust-building</p>\n<p>Basic data collection and reporting ability</p>\n<p><br></p>",
