This role focuses on building a robust, scalable platform used across IT customer teams, driving enterprise adoption through CI/CD practices, automated testing frameworks, and seamless integration with tools such as Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with tools such as ServiceNow and Azure DevOps on stories aligned to features; communicate new capabilities and process updates to customers to increase enterprise adoption.</li>\n<li>Implement tools and processes to build a robust platform for use by all IT customer teams; guide development and document standards for use by the organization.</li>\n<li>Act as a consensus builder, aligning systems engineering strategy and design with architectural guidelines, application strategy, and business goals.</li>\n<li>Manage the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) lifecycle, and create and maintain test automation frameworks for key Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) processes and APIs interfacing with the ServiceNow Platform.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related fields.</li>\n<li>Understanding of ServiceNow and HRSD processes; background in other ServiceNow modules such as CMDB and ITSM is an advantage.</li>\n<li>Experience with Flow Designer, Automated Test Framework (ATF), and Catalog Development/Deployment end-to-end.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in API testing, deployment, and integration.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of Azure fundamentals and Azure DevOps.</li>\n<li>Experience coordinating with multiple product teams.</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills across multiple end users and stakeholders; proven team player.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT WE OFFER</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.</li>\n<li>Government-mandated benefits plus supplemental HMO coverage.</li>\n<li>Collaborative and professional work environment.</li>\n<li>Career growth opportunities within a growing finance organization.</li>\n<li>Hybrid/Remote work arrangement (where applicable).</li>\n</ul>",
