We are searching for friendly, energetic, and highly motivated candidates to join our team!&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>Maintenance Supervisors coordinates the installation, repair, and maintenance of 20 convenience stores and more to come. Will work with technicians and other maintenance employees. The job is to organize and monitor or supervise the maintenance operations. Maintenance Supervisors also provide technical assistance to department directors. Ensure Maintenance Technicians follow all maintenance and safety standards while performing their responsibilities. The Maintenance Supervisor is a full-time position.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><em>Duties/Responsibilities:</em></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.</li><li>Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.</li><li>Pressure washing&nbsp;</li><li>Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.</li><li>Performs routine maintenance on building systems.</li><li>Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.</li><li>Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong><em>Required Skills/Abilities:</em></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.</li><li>Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.</li><li>Ability to use hand tools and power tools.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li></ul><p><strong><em>Education and Experience:</em></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Related experience preferred.</li><li>On-the-job training offered.</li></ul><p><strong><em>Physical Requirements:</em></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Prolonged periods standing and walking.</li><li>Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.</li><li>Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at a time.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits of Being a&nbsp;</strong>Maintenance Supervisors<strong>:</strong></p><ul type=\"circle\"><ul type=\"circle\"><li>Growing company with upward mobility</li><li>401(k)</li><li>Bonus Program</li><li>Paid Vacation</li><li>Health, Vision, Dental, and Life Insurance</li></ul></ul>\n",
