As a “Zenplayer”, you’ll be joining a community of success-driven team players that share the dream of powering a better-connected world.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively coordinate and manage day-to-day project operation activities.<br></li>\n<li>Ensure customer project on-time delivery “emphasize satisfactory” and timelines.<br></li>\n<li>Monitor, control and manage project operations to meet client’s expectations. </li>\n<li>Fulfill projects by coordinating meetings, resources, equipment, and information.<br></li>\n<li>Identify problems in the operations process and resolve them in a quick and prompt manner.<br></li>\n<li>Liaise between departments to ensure smooth operations delivery.<br></li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong vendor relationships through regular meetings and communications.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is a must</span><br></li>\n<li>2+ years client facing working experience.<br></li>\n<li>College graduate in business or related fields<br></li>\n<li>Strong business acumen and desire to take initiative.</li>\n<li>Ability to navigate complexity and thrive in a start-up, fast-paced, and changing environment using strong judgment and decision-making skills in different time zones.</li>\n<li>Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.<br></li>\n<li>Well organized, detail oriented and responsible<br></li>\n<li>Familiar with Office 365 Suite (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in related industry, such as telecommunications, cloud computing, or information technology.<br></li>\n<li>Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-national company.<br></li>\n<li>Passionate about technology, networking, problem solving and the willingness to learn.<br></li>\n<li>Experience using Project Management tools like Confluence, Jira, Monday.com, Salesforce.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Additional Information: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Work Location: Diamond Bar, CA</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Job Type: Regular</span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span>Benefit Eligibility: Yes</span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span>Salary: Compensation package will be commensurate with experience.</span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span>Zenlayer offers a competitive compensation package, including health, dental and vision insurance, paid holidays, vacation, personal and sick days, 401(k) plan, wellness benefits, etc.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>",
