The ideal candidate has firsthand experience running DDI infrastructure in complex environments and understands the operational realities of managing critical network services at scale.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>You will work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Architecture, and Support to shape the evolution of Universal DDI,&nbsp;validate&nbsp;design decisions, and ensure our platform delivers exceptional operational outcomes for customers.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>As the platform evolves, this role will also help drive the next generation of&nbsp;DDIOps&nbsp;— intelligent, automated operations for DNS, DHCP, and IPAM environments.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b>Be a Contributor — What&nbsp;You’ll&nbsp;Do</b>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide&nbsp;real-world operational insight into the design and development of Universal&nbsp;DNS, DHCP, and IPAM&nbsp;services&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ensure product capabilities align with how enterprises deploy, automate, secure, and&nbsp;operate&nbsp;DNS, DHCP, and IPAM&nbsp;infrastructure at scale&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Participate in architecture and design reviews to&nbsp;validate&nbsp;operability, reliability, automation readiness, and scalability&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Act as an internal “Customer Zero” for Universal DDI,&nbsp;validating&nbsp;operational workflows and deployment models before product release&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Recreate real-world enterprise environments to test multi-site, hybrid cloud,&nbsp;Active Directory–integrated, and multi-realm DNS/DHCP/IPAM deployments&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Validate automation workflows, API integrations, and operational tooling from the perspective of a real operator&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Partner with engineering teams to define capabilities that enable AI-assisted and automated DDI operations (DDIOps)&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Product Management and Architecture to shape roadmap priorities based on real operational needs&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Work with Support and Field Engineering to incorporate lessons learned from real customer deployments&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Define best practices for automation, observability, reliability, and lifecycle management of modern&nbsp;DNS, DHCP, and IPAM&nbsp;environments&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Validate failure scenarios, scaling behavior, and operational recovery processes&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Be Prepared — What You Bring</b>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>10 or more&nbsp;years of experience in&nbsp;operating DNS, DHCP, and IPAM infrastructure in enterprise, cloud, or service provider environments&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience managing large-scale distributed&nbsp;DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI)&nbsp;&nbsp;deployments&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience with Microsoft DNS/DHCP/IPAM, open-source BIND/Kea, or similar DNS/DHCP/IPAM platforms&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience operating DNS/DHCP/IPAM in Active Directory–integrated, hybrid, or large-scale enterprise environments is a plus&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Deep&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;in DNS architecture and operations&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of DHCP infrastructure and IP address management workflows&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience with network automation, APIs, and infrastructure-as-code practices&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Familiarity with hybrid cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and GCP&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to translate operational challenges into product improvements&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong communication&nbsp;skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Passion for improving customer experience, reliability, and operational simplicity&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Be Successful — Your Path </b>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b>First 90 Days: </b>Ramp&nbsp;on Universal DDI and start providing real-world operator feedback on architecture, deployment, and workflows.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b>Six Months: </b>Lead validation of enterprise-scale deployments and influence design for operability, automation, and reliability.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b>One Year: </b>Serve&nbsp;as the domain expert for real-world DDI operations, shaping product direction and operational capabilities.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b>Belong—&nbsp;</b><a href=\"https://inclusion.infoblox.com/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><b>Your Community</b></a></p>\n<p>Our culture thrives on inclusion, rewarding the bold ideas, curiosity, and creativity that move us forward.
