font-size: 10pt\">Preparing tenders, supervising tendering procedures and putting together proposals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Compiling, checking and approving reports and drawings ensuring that projects run smoothly.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assisting with management and coordination of projects works.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Inputting your expertise in general where you have specific expertise not available elsewhere in company.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Client advising, providing professional advice on building issues</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Technical Due Diligence, conducting thorough property surveys, assessing structural integrity, and identifying defects</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Communicating and liaising with colleagues, architects, consultants and clients.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Business development work as necessary to support the above.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Building Regulations and Planning Permission Compliance reporting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Dilapidations, reports on commercial properties assessing building conditions and advising on repair obligations and costs, especially for commercial leases.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\"><br><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Essential Requirements </span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">BSc, (Hons) Degree in Building Surveying, or equivalent.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Have strong onsite surveying skills with previous relevant commercial / residential building surveying experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience in negotiation of settlement with tenants/landlord’s surveyor on terminal Schedule of Dilapidations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience in business development, client facing and presentation skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Be able to develop and foster long term client relationships.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Proficient IT skills, including AutoCAD, Word and Excel.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Excellent technical knowledge and competence.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
