Valet Attendants are responsible for the safety of customer's vehicles. You will report to Valet Leadership.</p><p><strong>Primary Tasks:</strong></p><ol><li>You will open the door of the car for the guest at the main entrance of the hotel and assist to unload the luggage if any<strong>.</strong></li><li>Assist customers when exiting or entering the vehicle.</li><li>Extend warm welcome and appreciation to every guest.</li><li>Offer information about features of rooms, services of hotel and points of interest.</li><li>You will drive designated vehicles in a safe manner following established traffic or transportation procedures.</li><li>Check and note any damage to vehicle before driving.</li><li>Ensure that vehicles are locked and keys are returned to valet.</li><li>Retrieve vehicles in a safe manner, opening the doors for guests and thanking them for coming to Choctaw Casinos.</li><li>Communicate with dispatchers by radio to exchange information and receive requests for passenger. Use two-way radio for communication with other drivers, security, and management.</li><li>Report any suspicious activity on Casino Grounds.</li><li>Remove or report any obstructions or hazards on Casino grounds/parking lot such as objects, large items, or any other item that could cause damage to vehicles or cause injury to customers.</li><li>Perform errands for customers or managers.</li><li>You must be familiar with hotel products, events and promotion, selling the hotel to maximize hotel revenue<strong>.</strong> .</li><li>Follow established procedures of the Choctaw Nation, Choctaw Casinos, and local management.</li><li>Perform other tasks as assigned by management.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><p>Must be 21 years of age</p><p>Must pass driving test administered by department before offer being made</p><p>Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
