We're seeking a dedicated Equipment Operator to join our composting operations team in Arthur, ON. In this hands-on role, you’ll operate a range of heavy equipment that directly supports sustainable waste processing and organic material recycling. From bulldozers to portable grinders, your work will play a vital part in creating eco-friendly outcomes every day.</p><p data-start=\"820\" data-end=\"906\">We are looking for a full time candidate on the afternoon shift (Mon-Thurs, 3:30 pm- 2 am) and we are also looking for a candidate for our weekend shift (Fri-Sun, 6am - 6pm), reporting to the Compost Shift Supervisor.
