    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Land Operations Associate <strong>Reports to:</strong> Land Operations Lead&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Position Prerequisites:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>- Must be able to deal correctly with cash transactions and other accounting-type work.&nbsp;</p><p>- Customer service and contact are a must.&nbsp;</p><p>- Ability to work with guests in all areas, with a positive approach.&nbsp;</p><p>- Ability to concentrate on detail and follow-up work while maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction.&nbsp;</p><p>- Ability to work as a team. Purpose: Direct customers and answer questions pertaining to the resort and moorage.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Major Duties:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>- Assist Guests with Parking Directions and Instruction.</p><p>- Transport Guests around the Resort.</p><p>- Assist with Emergency Vehicles on Property</p><p>- Greet all guests as they enter the Resort.</p><p>- Accept payment for park and launch passes.&nbsp;</p><p>- Manage Parking Permits and Access to the Resort</p><p>- Ensure sanitation of Entrance booth.&nbsp;</p><p>- Stock booth with all appropriate supplies</p><p>- Each employee is required to know all register procedures.&nbsp;</p><p>- Always operate with an emphasis on guest hospitality.&nbsp;</p><p>- It is each cashier&rsquo;s responsibility to maintain a working knowledge of merchandise, boats, and services available.&nbsp;</p><p>- Adhere to safety policies.&nbsp;</p><p>- Be present at all departmental, resort and training meetings.&nbsp;</p><p>- Maintain a cooperative, team-like attitude in working with supervisors and fellow employees (both within the department and in other resort departments).&nbsp;</p><p>- Maintain a positive attitude toward the resort and the job being performed.</p><p><strong>General:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>- Be aware of daily activities and events at the resort.&nbsp;</p><p>- Be knowledgeable of all resort operations.&nbsp;</p><p>- Perform all reasonable job requests assigned by Guest Relations Director</p><p>- Material handling: stooping, bending, lifting an average of 30 pounds will be part of some job requirements.</p></div></div>\n",
