Overview: We’re looking for Sales Associates to join our team in Nashville! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a team setting, loves connecting with people, and is passionate about spreading Little Words Project’s message of kindness and self-love. As a Sales Associate, you’ll bring our brand story to life, help customers find bracelets that speak to them, and create an unforgettable in-store experience. What you’ll do: Share our mission, help customers find the perfect pieces, and personalize recommendations based on their needs. Help facilitate in-store beading appointments, parties, and special events—making every visit extra special. Assist with transactions at the POS system, answer customer questions, and provide top-notch service. Keep the sales floor tidy, well-stocked, and visually inspiring for our customers. Assist at the bead bar, tie bracelets, and fulfill custom orders. Help with inventory intake, visual merchandising, clienteling, and KPIs to keep the store thriving. Other duties as directed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager What You Bring to the Team: Retail Experience Preferred - But if you’re a fast learner with a great attitude, we’d love to meet you! Strong communication skills—you love chatting with customers and working with a team. Passion for beading, styling, and even capturing fun content in-store. You stay positive and find solutions with a can-do attitude. Able to work weekends and holidays. You believe in Little Words Project’s mission and are excited to spread kindness every day!
