We enable them to work with a single source to get their product the market access success they need.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>The Technician</strong> will support the Building and Construction business by performing scheduled field tasks at construction sites under the direction of other technicians or engineering professionals.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>We are looking for Entry-Level Technicians that have the drive and ambition to learn and grow with the company, who&nbsp;will assist and be trained by existing Senior Field Technicians in various tasks performed by the Cliffwood, NJ facility at construction projects.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 16px; scrollbar-width: thin;\"><strong style=\"scrollbar-width: thin;\">Salary &amp; Benefits Information</strong></p><p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 16px; scrollbar-width: thin;\">The base wage or salary range for this position is $20 p/h - $30 p/h. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.<strong style=\"scrollbar-width: thin;\">&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin: 0px 0px 16px; scrollbar-width: thin;\">In addition to competitive compensation packages, when working with Intertek you can expect benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) with company match, generous vacation / sick time (PTO), tuition reimbursement and more.</p><p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform/Assist with scheduled daily field/office tasks with other team members</li><li>Perform a variety of inspections and tests based on project specifics</li><li>Neatly and accurately complete all required paperwork, including daily reports, test reports and timesheets – in a timely manner</li><li>Perform maintenance/cleaning of equipment as needed</li><li>Adhere to construction site safety guidelines and promote a safe working environment</li><li>Other tasks as needed or assigned</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What is takes to be successful in this role:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>No Experience Required - you&nbsp;will be trained by Senior Field Technicians in all tasks</li><li>Certifications with ACI, ICC, NJDCA, a plus</li><li>Interest in learning the Building and Construction Industry</li><li>Comfortable using MS Office applications (Word/Excel/Outlook)</li><li>Must be punctual, reliable with good attention to detail and communication skills</li><li>Able to work with others in a cohesive manner and follow direction</li><li>Ability to climb ladders, bend, crawl, push and pull, stretch, sit, walk and stand for extended periods of time during all types of weather conditions</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs</li><li><strong>Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record (required)</strong></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Intertek: Total Quality.
