          "text": "<p><strong>AIM </strong>is currently looking for a <strong>Building Maintenance Worker </strong>for the <strong>Montréal-Est </strong>site, with a <strong>Monday to Friday day shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.</strong>&#xa0;Under the supervision of the Building Maintenance Supervisor, the selected candidate will contribute to the general upkeep and maintenance of the buildings. They will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks as well as minor repairs, in addition to carrying out any other related duties.</p><p><strong>What you’ll be responsible for:</strong></p><ul><li>Repairing walls, floors, and ceilings</li><li>Repairing and installing doors (locks, handles, painting, etc.)</li><li>Performing carpentry work</li><li>Performing minor work (plumbing, painting, changing light bulbs and neon lights, etc.)</li><li>Installing air conditioning units and water heaters</li><li>Various installations (shelves, hooks, etc.)</li><li>All other related tasks</li></ul>",
